Hey Friends, today I am here to share 6 ways I deal with stress. Lately I have been super stressed juggling school, dance, and life in general so I wanted to share how I deal with it. I will also will show you some other ways that I believe would help with your stress if the activities I do don’t suite your lifestyle.
