I wanted to share with you this super quick granola recipe that is not only super yummy, but also really healthy! It has hardly any oil, and is full of healthy nuts that will keep you full for a long time. If I am running out the door and don’t have time to make oats or a smoothie, I will grab some granola, pour a splash of almond milk, and toss on a few berries! Most granolas you buy from the store contain a lot of sugar and oil (not to mention that they are $16 for a small bag that is 50% air!) and will give you your omega 3’s for glowing skin!!

Since we are amongst blueberry season (and the Lower Mainland is known for their abundance of blueberries and raspberries!!) I wanted to share this family recipe that my mom and I have been using for so long! We made these on our Insta stories a few weeks ago and got lots of requests to put the recipe on our blog, so here it is!
