I hope you are having a fabulous day!
As the years have gone on I my style has changed and matured. I am always into what is new and on trend wanting to find some pieces that I could wear in every day life. Today I thought that I would share a few of my favourite trends that are happening right now!
Spring is coming into full force with this rain that we are having here; we hope that it gets warmer soon! Something that gets me into the spring/summer spirit (since this weather is not much help) is looking on pinterest. It is somewhat like my mood board that I don’t need to put much effort into. But, instead of just giving you a link to my pinterest and calling it a day I though that I would grab some of those images and put together a real mood board!
I wanted to do a bit more of a chatty post today, because I know the next few weeks will be a lot of travel posts! (read below to see where I’m going!) The end of the school year is coming closer, and there are so many new thing coming up and I love reading these posts in the future to see what I have done!
have a great week!!
Last week the three of us went into Burnaby to have a photoshoot with the amazing Jana from @jjosuephotography (insta, website). It was so much fun filled with laughter and getting to know each other. I wanted to show a bit of the behind the scenes plus an ootd.
I hope that you enjoy!
One of my favourite things to do is go on day trips with friends or family to Vancouver. I live only 1 hour outside the city so it is really easy to go in and out in one day. Over the years I have found some super cool places to shop and eat that I want to share with you! I hope that this gives you some ideas for your next trip to the city. Continue reading
Hey guys as you know I went to Mexico last week for spring break. I had the most marvellous time there; chilling in the ocean, walking around town, as well as trying so much amazing food which includes a pico de gallo which I want to share with you!
We had a cooking class where we made guacamole, salsa, and pico de gallo and we ended up going down to the market almost everyday to buy our fresh fruit and stuff to make pico de gallo. If you don’t know what it is pico de gallo is like a fresh salsa that tastes even better than salsa.I hope that you try it out and enjoy the pictures from my trip!
During the week I can get really busy, and neglect my health. I try and eat healthy throughout the week, so that I am feeding my body the proper nutrients it needs to keep going, but by the end of the week I need a really good detox! I love dedicating Sunday evenings as my “detox time” to really unwind and destress from the week before, and prepare my self for the week ahead!
Here are some of the things I do!
I am a person who does not enjoy early mornings. I would way rather stay in bed then wake up 20 minutes early to do my hair. I have found a few that I really enjoy that are either something that I can do the night before or without having to wake up early. I know that I can get tired of doing the same hairstyle very day so today I thought that I would show you some of my favourite hairstyles for school. Continue reading
