Hey friends, hope you are having a great day. Tomorrow I am leaving for Peru and I am over the moon excited! I can’t wait to share all my experiences with you when I get back. Today I thought that I would share some of my favourite hair care, makeup, and more! Some of these products I have probably mentioned before but they are so amazing and still my favourite so why not share them again.
I wanted to share with you this super quick granola recipe that is not only super yummy, but also really healthy! It has hardly any oil, and is full of healthy nuts that will keep you full for a long time. If I am running out the door and don’t have time to make oats or a smoothie, I will grab some granola, pour a splash of almond milk, and toss on a few berries! Most granolas you buy from the store contain a lot of sugar and oil (not to mention that they are $16 for a small bag that is 50% air!) and will give you your omega 3’s for glowing skin!!
Hey guys hope your summer is going great, I can’t believe it is pretty much half over. My summer has been quite busy with plans including summer camp which I was at 2 weeks ago. It was defiantly one of the things that that I had been looking forward to the months leading up to summer. The camp is called TREK which stands for To Reach Every Kid. It can be easy to completely ditch your morning run and clean eating during vacation… and sometimes it is ok to to enjoy a not-so-healthy meal here and there! But, when you have been working hard all year, the last thing you want is to loose your workout momentum; even when you are travelling! I have packed my running shoes in my suitcase many times with the intention to workout, but never even touched my shoes once! Finding time to break a quick sweat while on vacation can be difficult, but your body needs to be moving even more than normal when travelling in order to help with jetlag and being out of your normal routine. I have come up with a few tips and tricks, as well as a few moves to get you moving while you are on the road!
