Hey Guys, I hope you are having a fabulous summer! I just got back today from being a counsellor at summer camp for a week and had an amazing time, a post about that will be up later! It can be easy to completely ditch your morning run and clean eating during vacation… and sometimes it is ok to to enjoy a not-so-healthy meal here and there! But, when you have been working hard all year, the last thing you want is to loose your workout momentum; even when you are travelling! I have packed my running shoes in my suitcase many times with the intention to workout, but never even touched my shoes once! Finding time to break a quick sweat while on vacation can be difficult, but your body needs to be moving even more than normal when travelling in order to help with jetlag and being out of your normal routine. I have come up with a few tips and tricks, as well as a few moves to get you moving while you are on the road!
We are all done classes!! Grade 11 flew by, and I have heard that grade 12 goes by even faster! Marley and I still have a few exams on Monday, but lucky Vienna is all done! Of course, to celebrate that school is finished Vienna and I had to have a little photoshoot with her super cute swan floatie haha. Plus, the weather is gorgeous right now and the forecast is saying that summer weather has arrived in Vancouver!
eekkk!! Only 3 days left of school! I don’t hate going to school, but I am ready for a break and I am excited to travel and unwind a bit before my grad year :))) If you have been reading our blog for a few months you will know that Marley and I are going to Cuba in a few weeks, and I am so tempted to buy more dresses and bikinis for the trip but I am holding back because I spent way too much when I went to Hawaii haha

I had a few friends over on the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and we had so much fun!! We were blessed with amazzzing weather, and I felt so happy to be surrounded by my best friends! I wanted to have lots of fresh fruit and healthy snacks to serve at my party, so I took to Pinterest for some inspiration!

These past few weeks have been busy for us as Vienna has dance, Rebecca and I just got our licences and I have track provincials this weekend, so I apologize for the lack of outfit/beauty posts! Hey Guys! I hope you guys are having a fabulous week/weekend. This weekend I am actually at a training camp weekend for summer camp as a co-counsellor! I have been a part of BasicBloggerss for just over 2 years trying to post once a week. I know in these 2 years there have been weeks when I don’t know what to write about. I am pretty sure I am not the only blogger that struggles with this. Every time I have a brain block I look on other blogs who have lists of what I can do. I thought I would make it that much easier for you so instead of searching all over the big wide web you can just come here! I hope this helps you guys when you are in a slump.
I am really not a coffee person, and I hate pop and sodas, but the one drink I loveee it lemon water! This past week I learned how much water affected my energy and my skin and I wanted to share my discoveries with you haha!
