The other day I was really in the mood to make a smoothie bowl so I went looking online and I found one that has the most amazing home made granola! I was debating on if I should just post the granola recipe or if I should post both…and as you can see but the title I am sharing both.

Granola Ingredients:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp linseeds
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
4 tbsp coconut flakes
4 tbsp flaked almonds
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Directions for Granola:
Preheat oven or toaster oven if available to 320°F. Mix together all of the seeds. Drizzle the Maple syrup on top, make sure that you coat the seeds as much as possible when mixing in. Scatter over a baking tray that has parchment on it. Toast for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Let it cool and then if you don’t want to use it right away put it in a sealed container.
Ingredients for Smoothie Bowl:
2 sliced bananas
1 ripe avocado (stoned, peeled, and chopped)
1 ripe mango (stoned, peeled, and chopped)
100g of spinach
1 cup milk
1 tbsp unsweetened almond or peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Directions for Smoothie Bowl:
The night before slice the bananas, put then on a parchment covered baking sheet and freeze them. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Scrape into two bowls, add fruit and granola, and serve!
