Hey guys! Recently I have been searching for recipes without load of sugar in them, as my prom dress barely fits haha, and I came across this healthy cookie dough recipe 🙂

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 dates or you can use 2 tbsp maple syrup if you want it sweeter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Put all the ingredients in a food processor then puree until smooth. I then poured the batter into another bowl and dumped the chocolate chips in. Stir until mixed, put into jars & store in the fridge.

I don’t usually like cookie dough so I’m not sure if this isn’t sweet enough or not but I like it!
