Guys, spring break for grade schools is coming up pretty quickly. This year my family has decided to go to Mexico and I could not be more excited to get out of this dreary weather that we are having on the west coast right now. To get in the holiday spirit I thought that I would share some of my Beach essentials. All of these essentials are super easy to pack for traveling, exept maybe one…hehe

Bathing Suit

I love bathing suits and it is the most essential thing for the beach! My newest most exciting suit is from RAD swim. It is such a cute cut and fit. I love the colour and I think that it makes me a little more tan. Thank you so much RAD Swim for this, I am in love! If you want the same one click here!

Sunnies

I hate squinting so these are a must! I just have to be pretty carful not to get a sunglasses tan. Usually when I am going to the beach I like to wear a pair of cheap sunglasses so that if they fall off in the water or I forget them at the beach it is not a huge deal.

Beach Towel

I am pretty sure most people like something to dry off with if they get wet as well as something to sit on instead of sand getting everywhere… Costco usually has some good options or get some cute ones from SundayDryGoods.

Sunscreen

This is so so important especially the closer that you get to the equator so that you can keep that healthy glow for as long as possible. I usually use 30 spf and I apply it everytime I go out as well as after I am in the water.

Flip Flops/Sandals

I feel this is another given once you get to your destination but more that once I have forgotten to pack a pair of flip flops for the beach. Something that is easy to slip on and off.

Sun Hat

It is always great for an extra layer of protection from the sun as well it can be super cute in all those beach photos. My favourite one is from Montrose and George!

Beach Coverup

I really do not like going out to the beach in just a bathing suit, I feel to exposed so I always like to bring a cover up with me. I got myself a cute one at a surf shop in Florida but they are all over the place. If you really don’t want to spend a little more on a cover up you can just wear shorts and a top!

Snacks

Depending on how long I want to stay at the beach will depend on how many snacks I want to bring so that I don’t have to spend extra money. Make sure that those snacks will not melt in the sun and have packaging that will keep out the water and sand.

I hope that you liked this post, until next time

xoxo Vienna
