This is my second time making these as I am slowly becoming obsessed. These are super easy & quick to make and take on the go!
*Inspired by Gaby Burger‘s almond & chocolate chip protein bites
You will need:
- 2/3 cups quick oats
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I like the mini dark chocolate ones)
- optional: 1 tbsp protein powder
Set the chocolate chips aside and mix all the ingredients up until it sticks together. Then pour in the chips, mix, and roll to form balls.
Place the balls on a cookie sheet and put into the freezer overnight.
This is my favourite after school snack or whenever I’m in a hurry!
