This year I have been really into self motivating myself to stay healthy and workout. It has not been the easiest but it is super rewarding once I started. Today I wanted to share with you how I stay healthy!
One of my biggest tips/tricks to staying healthy is drink lots of water! This is super important with many great benefits. Including healthier skin and more energy. It will also help to make you less bloated. I like to drink 2 litres each day.
Another tip I have for staying healthy is to not try to cut out things like carbs and natural sugars but try and cut out things like coffee. The reason why you need carbs are because they are your brain food. They help you think properly and stay energized. On the other hand if you drink coffee that you think gives you energy it is not your best source of energy. Coffee actually produces weight gain because it increases blood sugar levels. Just drink some water and get sleep to get energy!
So when I am not dancing I don’t have any other activities that get my heart rate going and helping me get exercise. This summer I realized how important exercise can be to my mental health and physical health so I went on to youtube and hound some of my favourite videos to exercise with!
