Morning! We are SO excited for this collab as we have “known” Hannah from LoveHannahLee for over 2 years now (we did a Christmas collab with her 2 years ago) and have brainstormed to bring you 4 different ways to style a denim jacket! We hope that you like them and that they give you a few ideas on how to style your own denim jacket.
Vienna’s Look:
I seriously love layering with my denim jacket, I do it all the time. I also like to play with the sleeves; rolling them up, letting my sweater/shirt under, keeping them unbuttoned, and more! I recently got this bell sleeve sweater shirt from Hudson’s Bay that I fell in love with and knew that this would be paired with my denim jacket. Then I just went super neutral and easy by pairing that with black jeans and booties. If you couldn’t tell from this look I am a big fan of the neutrals. This hat I wore I recently fell in love with. I wasn’t so sure about the trend when it first came out but recently I have been and needed to get myself one, especially for my trip to New York next month!

Marley’s look:
I decided to go with a comfy & casual outfit today because I loveee being comfy chic and since Rebecca and I have similar jackets (she styled hers up) I had fun styling mine down 🙂 I have worn this shirt with these cute slouchy pants before but I decided to throw my denim jacket on top for a pop of colour and texture. I LOVE that this jacket has pockets!!

Rebecca’s look:
I have decided to go for a more dressed-up look with my denim jacket! I love to wear skirts to school, and sometimes with this chilly west coast weather a light sweater just isn’t enough. A staple piece in my wardrobe is always a good, well-made denim jacket because it can easily dress up or down any kind of outfit. I love to roll out the sleeves of my jacket and then wear a watch or my pandora bracelet to add a bit of sparkle. I usually get bored with wearing a sweater and skirt all the time, so adding this little jacket brings in such a different look to the whole outfit!

Hannah’s look:
Hello basicbloggerss’ readers! I’m Hannah, and if you haven’t noticed already, I love denim. When styling my denim jacket I decided to go for a denim on denim look; which is something I think most people are scared of. And I don’t blame you, I was too! But once you put your fear of looking like a cowboy aside and learn how to style all that denim, it can be a pretty cute look. I paired my oversized denim jacket with a chunky knit and some frayed jeans. The extra bits of texture from the sweater and frayed hems help add a more stylish vibe, while simultaneously keeping the cowboy vibes at a minimum. Now here is what I want to know, how do you feel about denim on denim?
