Hey guys!! Right now I am in Cuba but a while ago I found Margot Lee on Youtube and I love her videos!! From her modelling story, to try on hauls and recently she posted her vegan banana ice-cream recipe and I LOVED it! Here is my version:
What to do (serves 2):
- freeze 2 peeled bananas overnight (I usually use super ripe ones broken into 3 pieces)
- the next morning, put frozen banana pieces into the blender and add a splash of almond milk, a teaspoon of peanut butter & a dash of cinnamon.
- You can always add more milk if the blender is having troubles with the thickness
- pour into a bowl and I love putting some almond chunks, chia seeds, granola and berries on top!
