3 Healthy No Bake Snack Recipes

I don’t know about you, but I do NOT like to bake. I’m pretty impatient when it comes to waiting for my food so I found these healthy, easy and no bake recipes that I wanted to share with you today 🙂

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls inspired by Savy Naturalista. You will need:

In  a medium bowl mix together 2 and a 1/2 cups of rolled oats and 3 tbsp of powdered peanut butter.

In a large bowl mix 1 tsp of vanilla, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 5 tbsp of soy milk, and 1/4 cup of honey. Add the dry ingredients in then mix with your hands. Once it is all sticking together, add the chocolate chips.

*you might need to add more peanut butter or honey if your oats aren’t sticking

Once finished, let them sit in the freezer until you want to eat them. This is my FAV snack right now for after school!

Frozen Yogurt Parfait Cups inspired by @blogilates. You will need:

  1. Pour the yogurt into the bottom of the silicon muffin containers.
  2. On top, sprinkle granola then add more yogurt to cover it.
  3. Add fruit on top and stick in freezer *you might want to let these sit out around for 3 minutes to thaw before you get a tooth freeze (I learned the hard way).

Apple slices with peanut butter inspired by Pinterest. I know that this may seem normal but I’m obsessed with apples (!!!) and if you cut them this way, spread peanut butter on and sprinkle coconut flakes, chocolate chips, chia seeds or craisins on them, then they taste even better 🙂 This is my go-to after school snack!

Thank you all so much for reading! If you try any of these, be sure to send us a picture or tag us @basicbloggers <3
