Mama Miller’s Smoothie Recipe:

My mom loves making smoothies and they always are super good and healthy so I thought I would share some of her tips with you to make an amazing smoothie.

What you need:

1 banana
1 cup yogurt(plain or flavoured)
1 cup frozen fruit(or fresh if there are any left)
1 cup fruit juice and/or almond milk
handful of spinach(or mixed greens, whatever is in the house)
protein powder
optional: 1 avocado

Mix all the ingredients together. Sometimes my mom likes to put 2 different fruit juices like mango and apple in. The bananas are what thicken up the smoothie so if you like it more runny you don’t have to add them in. The avocado is another way to make your smoothie creamier and doesn’t add to much flavour. It usually makes enough for 2-3 people.
