I don’t know about you, but I am listening to Christmas music already and I am loving scented candles around my room! The other day Egg Nog even came out in stores. I’m not usually one that goes for egg nog (and I usually dilute it with regular milk), but my mom made up a new recipe and I wanted to share it with you!
Firstly, you will need:
- Egg Nog
- Gingerbread/Gingersnap cookies (hard)
- Vanilla pudding (instant, not cooked)
- cinnamon
- a mug or bowl
- whisk
Crush up the cookies and put them at the bottom of your mug (2-3 cookies per mug, depending on the size of cookie). Next make the pudding according to the directions, however, replace the milk with Egg Nog. Let it set for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
Dish out the pudding evenly in the dishes (4-6 servings depending on the size of the pudding package). Top it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a cookie.
As tasty as this was, it did not convert me to the pudding-lover side; but if you try this pudding recipe, tell us what you thought on Instagram or Twitter @basicbloggerss 🙂 Be sure to come back on Thursday for a special Q&A post. And I’ll see you next week! xo Marley
