This summer I made these super delicious cupcake and wanted to share the recipe with you! I love caramel, chocolate and coffee and if you do too this is the recipe for you. They were gone so fast in my house it was crazy. This recipe makes 15 brownies. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoy and try this out on your own!
What you will need for the brownie:
1 Brownie mix
2 Tbsp instant coffee
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup oil
15 caramel kisses
What you will need for the icing:
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1 tsp sea salt
4 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp milk
Brownie directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Dissolve the instant coffee into the water.
Follow the mixing directions on the back of the brownie mix.
Fill the cupcake liners 2/3-3/4 full.
Bake for 22-24 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes the press the caramel kisses into the middle of the brownie.
Leave until fully cooled.
Icing directions:
Stir together the sea salt and caramel sauce.
Cream the butter and vanilla for 3-4 minutes.
Slowly beat in the powdered sugar. Don’t worry if it is super thick.
Add the sea salt caramel mix.
Frost the cupcakes.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top.
