I love feeling fresh and eating healthy (most of the time) so I was on the lookout for an easy chia seed pudding recipe. Chia seeds are extremely good for you as they have tons of protein and fiber which has many health benefits.
For this recipe you will need:
- chia seeds
- coconut milk
- honey
- your choice of fruit & toppings
Steps:
- Pour 1/2 a cup of coconut milk into your jar
- Next, stir in 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- Mix in a small blob of honey
- Optional- put in frozen fruit now
- Put jar in fridge overnight
- In the morning, Mix in fresh fruit
