Lately I have been coming home from school and my go to snack/drink is a smoothie. I normally like to make it healthy becuase I excercise alot and I want to keep my body in shape. Here are things that I would almost always put in my smoothie.
-a beverage (water, juice or soy milk)
-frozen fruit (blueberries, rhubarb, apricots,
strawberries or raspberries)
-half an orange
-1 teaspoon of chia seeds
– half a teaspoon of coconut oil
You can pretty much add any fruit or vegetable you want, it’s all preferance. Next time you have a nice homemade chocolate milkshake try making a healthy smoothie 😉
