A Healthy Breakfast

 

I am in love with eating healthy and so is Marley. One of my favourite breakfasts is porridge with different toppings! If you don’t know what porridge is, it is crushed cereal of some kind boiled in water. It is usually served hot and is very good for your body. My favourite things to add are:

-One handful of berries

-One scoop of peanut butter (if you are allergic a good alternative is pea butter)

-One handful of almond bits

-Yogurt

Other things that you could put in it is:

-Milk

-Granola

-Sugar

I really love this type of breakfast because it tastes really good and is healthier than eating cold sugar filled cereal. It is a bit more time consuming but the time is worth it. Try it out and tell us what you think on our facebook page!
